What the words mean
Center for Independent Living (CIL)
A local nonprofit that helps people with disabilities live independently. Run by and for people with disabilities.
Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC)
The appointed statewide council asking you these questions. Most of its members are people with disabilities.
State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL)
A three-year plan for independent living services in Hawai\u02bbi. Your answers help write the next one.
